- The resources at SWM&C saved us over $40K annually which was realized in the very first fiscal year! This was accomplished with the thorough business plan with clear execution guidelines. We were able to take on the majority of managing our neighborhood as well as the pool key card access system which was a massive relief! We were then partnered with a solid financial management company providing oversight and accounting. A cost model was built in a very intuitive and easy to use spreadsheet allowing us to accomplish multiple projects in the three years we have been engaged. Our partnership with Savant WM&C has been amazing and we plan on continuing this relationship in the future!
